People everywhere are embracing diversity and inclusion.
Wondiverse is leading the way in having neuroinclusive practices be part of every day cultures.

Creating Teams and Work Places Where Every Brain Belongs

At Wondiverse, we believe that when people are free to be, magic happens.

The Neuroinclusion Connections Training is a transformative experience for teams and organisations ready to move beyond awareness into meaningful, sustainable inclusion for neurodivergent people, including those with autism, ADHD, or other cognitive differences.

This course goes beyond checklists and compliance. It empowers you with the insight, tools, and confidence to build environments where everyone can contribute, connect, and thrive.

Expected Outcomes

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all training. It’s an interactive and deeply practical experience, designed to meet the unique needs of your team or organisation. Together, we’ll explore:

  • How neurodivergent people think, communicate, and process the world differently
  • The role of language in shaping inclusion and how small changes make a big difference
  • Sensory-friendly environments: what works, what doesn’t, and how to create options
  • The ‘unwritten rules’ of workplaces and social spaces and how to make them clearer
  • Real world barriers in your organisation and solutions you can implement right away

We don’t just talk about inclusion we show you what it looks like in action. This means LEGO-based activities that highlight different ways of thinking, real-world case studies from your own organisation and collaborative problem-solving so you walk away with a plan, not just ideas.

Practical / Real-World Application

Neuroinclusion is about understanding the diversity of human experience and making space for everyone to participate fully.  We know that at least 1 in 40 Australians are neurodivergent and most teams will be made up of many neurotypes.  The breakdown can often be in working together when everyone works so differently.   This training program is designed to empower you with exactly that and have you leave naturally able to connect with one another, increasing overall well being and productivity.

You’ll learn how to

  • communicate in ways that support different processing styles
  • remove sensory barriers
  • create a workplace culture where neurodivergent people don’t have to mask their differences to fit in.
  • implement reasonable accommodations.
  • strengthen workplace relationships that leave you building rapport and understanding diverse communication styles.
  • work collaboratively in a neurodiverse environment

There will be an opportunity to ask any question from a neurodivergent and expert leader and mother in a safe environment.

Through play you will discover how your team works, what are the barriers in communication or productivity, leadership styles and how they work.
