What is neuroinclusion?

1 in 20 Australians are neurodivergent. Autistic, ADHD and other neurodivergent employees and stakeholders bring valuable and unique capabilities. Yet most workplaces remain unintentionally designed around a narrow range of communication styles, expectations and ways of working.

This leads to lost talent, disengagement, burnout, underperformance and difficult relationships not because of individual capability, but because systems, communication and leadership practices were never designed for the full range of human minds.
