Impact Innovators brings together up to six founders, business owners and social impact leaders for four weeks of protected time and a room of peers.

This is not a course. There’s no curriculum, no deliverable to perform at the end, no pitch event to survive. You bring the work you never get to focus on, because you’re always running the organisation and we give you the space to actually do it.

Your project. Your pace. Five other people in the room who understand what it is to carry something.

Who it’s for

Founders, business owners and people leading social impact work who have a project that needs real attention and rarely gets it. A strategy you keep deferring. A model you need to rethink. A grant you need to write. A piece of work that only moves when you’re not interrupted. If that’s you, this is your room.

What it’s not

A program with a fixed output. A public pitch event. A structured course with someone at the front. The value here is the time, the room and the people in it.

Munch and Magic

Every Thursday, the full cohort gathers over a shared meal. Each leader brings what they’re working on: a problem they’re stuck on, a decision they’re circling, a piece of work they want eyes on. The group puts its collective expertise to work.

How it works

Impact Innovators runs four consecutive weeks. Six leaders are selected per cohort. Studio access is Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

You don’t need to be present every hour of every day. But this works best for people who can block substantial, regular time across the four weeks rather than dropping in occasionally. If you’d need access outside business hours, let us know, we’ll do our best.

• Applications close 5pm AEST Friday 28 August 2026. Successful applicants will receive an invoice for the $320 + GST participant fee once they accept the offer.

• Orientation 1:30pm Thursday 3 September 2026, WonderPlay Studio
• Intensive commences Monday 7 September 2026

Applications take a maximum of 10 minutes. What we’re looking for is a project, at any stage, that needs focused time and someone who wants to do that work alongside others who get it.
