Neuroinclusion Advocacy Recognised in Dare Magazine’s Top 50 Australians over 50.
We are thrilled to share that Madeleine Jaine Lobsey, founder of Wondiverse, has been named one of the Top 50 Australians Over 50 by Dare Magazine.
This annual honour celebrates Australians continuing to make bold, meaningful contributions in their 50s, 60s, and beyond. The 2025 list includes pioneers, performers, change agents, and community builders—each of them redefining what it means to age with purpose. Madeleine has been recognised in the Quiet Achievers category, a fitting acknowledgment for someone who consistently works behind the scenes to open up new worlds of possibility for others.
Leading with Lived Experience
A proudly autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) woman, Madeleine founded Wondiverse in 2023 with one clear mission, to create a world where all neurotypes can work, play, and connect together as equals. She brings her full self—creative, strategic, visionary, and real—into everything she builds, from inclusive training programs to sensory friendly events, from leadership mentoring to LEGO play sessions that foster community connection.
As Dare Magazine writes, “Madeleine has dedicated her life to giving neurodivergent people the same opportunities as their counterparts.” And that’s exactly what she does—removing barriers, sparking joy, and amplifying voices that have too often gone unheard.
Recognition That Reflects Our Values
This award is more than individual recognition—it’s a celebration of the power of neurodivergent leadership and the importance of inclusive design in our workplaces, communities, and cultural spaces. Through Wondiverse, Madeleine has led large scale public programs like Build the Future, where people from ages 2 to 84 gathered to co-create an inclusive cityscape using LEGO. It was messy, magical, and marvellously neuroinclusive.
Madeleine believes that inclusive practice isn’t just good for some, it’s better for everyone. This honour reinforces what we at Wondiverse have always known—when people are allowed to be, magic happens.
From All of Us at Wondiverse
We are proud, grateful, and energised by this recognition. Madeleine is more than our founder—she’s our fearless creator of belonging, our builder of wonder, and our reminder that the best work often begins after 50.
Congratulations, Madeleine. You’ve earned your stripes—and then some.
Let’s keep building the future. Together.

I didn’t build Wondiverse to be seen, I built it so others could be. This recognition tells me we’re doing something right. It reminds me that bold ideas, playful spaces, and radical inclusion matter. And that it’s never too late to build a world where everyone belongs.” – Madeleine Jaine Lobsey Founder
